Gifts can be shipped anywhere within the continental U.S. Please note gifts can only ship to a physical address, no P.O. boxes.

If an item arrives broken, please contact me. I will do my best to replace your items in a timely manner. However, if a replacement is not possible, a full refund of the items, minus shipping and taxes, will be provided.

I do my best to ensure all gifts arrive on time, however carrier delays and events outside my control do happen. In instances of delayed shipment, please contact me.

I cannot ship alcohol or temperature sensitive foods. If desired, I can purchase food items directly from manufacturer, shipped to you or your recipient directly from the manufacturer; this ensures the food is safely packaged for you.

Yes! All gift purchases and customized gift packages can be pre-approved by you. My services are tailored to your needs so you can be involved as much or as little as you want in the process.

Because each gift is handpicked and assembled, please place your order with me no less than 14 days in advance. The more time I have the better to ensure a great experience. Rush services can be provided, but at an extra cost.
